1. Overview

cieloalto.com is operated by Cielo Alto ("we," "us"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Subscription Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell products to you.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You're responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate, current information when you check out.

3. Our products and how to use them

Cielo Alto Hydration Drink Mix is a powdered drink mix. Please read the full label before use and follow the suggested use on the box. Do not consume more than one stick per day unless advised by a healthcare professional. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have specific dietary or medical concerns, talk to a healthcare professional before use. Our products are made in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat, and sesame, and may contain trace amounts of these allergens. Information on this site is for general purposes and isn't medical advice.

We work to show our products, colors, ingredients, and nutrition information accurately. The label on the product you receive is the final source of truth. If the site and the label ever differ, follow the label.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, contain pricing errors, or exceed quantity limits. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full. You agree that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The terms in our Subscription Terms and Conditions apply to every subscription, including how renewal charges work and how to cancel.

6. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms, have no cash value, can't be combined unless stated, and may be changed or ended at any time. The WELCOME code (10% off) applies to one-time orders only and can't be used on subscriptions. We may cancel orders that misuse a promotion.

7. Text and email messages

If you opt in to marketing emails or texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages at the contact you provide. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or use the unsubscribe link in any email. Our SMS Terms explain the text program in full.

8. Reviews and content you share

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share it in connection with Cielo Alto, including in marketing. You confirm that your content is yours to share, is honest, and doesn't violate anyone's rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

9. Intellectual property

The Cielo Alto name, logos, artwork, characters, photos, and site content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission. Other trademarks shown on our packaging or site belong to their respective owners.

10. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or operation, to scrape or copy content in bulk, to submit false information, or to resell products bought from this site without our written permission.

11. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to third-party sites and use third-party tools, such as payment processors and subscription apps. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in our Return and Refund Policy, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cielo Alto and its owners, employees, partners and suppliers won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim won't exceed the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Cielo Alto and its affiliates from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cielo Alto is headquartered or incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Cielo Alto consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law. You and Cielo Alto consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have to bring claims in your local courts or rely on mandatory laws that apply in your place of residence.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date at the top will show the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
